VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR TOURNAMENT COMMITTEES IN 2025

We are looking to our membership as we look to set up numerous committees for the 2025 season.     These positions will count towards your full volunteer bond.    We also, want to get a start with some early preparations and meetings to get organized and put some timelines in place and divide up the jobs.   Have you organized a tournament before?   Then, we definitely need you.

We have several large events happening this year so we are looking to have committees set up to sit down and prepare, gather ideas, and get a head start on some of these events and looking to see if we have some seasoned tournament parents out there    This is what we have:

Annual Icebreaker Kick-off - mid-April (early this coming year as our season will be starting a week earlier (April 15).    Committee of 8 - 10 to head this event up.  

NEW IN 2025 **  U9 Tournament - June 5 - 8, 2025;  Committee of 6 - 8 (to get things started), but as soon as teams are set one person from each team will be part of the committee;

Canada Day Tournament (we will co-host this event in 2025 with Strathmore and again in 2026 with another Club).     We are responsible for raffle table items, volunteering for each day in different positions, also need six (6) people to take turns being there for the entire weekend.     I will know more in December, but anyone wanting to be a part of this would be great.

Volunteering as a Coordinator for one of these tournaments or sitting on the committees would take care of your club volunteering.
