HOCKEY; BASKETBALL, OR OTHER SPORTS - COME TRY LACROSSE FOR FREE

Have you thought about trying lacrosse?    If you play hockey or another sport, lacrosse is a great sport to play in the off season.     We are holding FREE TRY IT SESSIONS to other sports teams to come out and have a dry land session by way of learning about lacrosse.     We provide the floor time (1 hour), balls, sticks and coaching staff.

Sessions are Spray Lakes Family Sports Centre, 800 Griffin Road East, Cochrane
Saturdays, January 3 and 10 from 1:45 -5:45
Hour long blocks are being booked for teams

A Team Waiver will need to be signed by all teams.
